Ydun Referral Program

1. Purpose of the Program

Ydun S.r.l. promotes a referral program (“Referral Program”) designed to reward its members who refer new users interested in joining the Ydun membership.

2. Eligible Participants

• Only active Ydun members (“Members”) are eligible to participate in the Referral Program.
• Only natural persons who are not currently Ydun members and have never previously subscribed to a Ydun membership (“New Users”) may be referred.

3. How It Works

• The Referrer may make a referral exclusively through the tools provided by Ydun: the Ydun Members App, in the Invite Friends section.
• The New User who receives the invitation and subscribes to a Ydun membership will receive a €350 discount on the cost of their first annual membership.
• Once the New User has successfully completed registration and payment, the Referrer will earn a €350 credit, which can be used toward the renewal of their next annual membership.

4. Validity Conditions

• The earned credit is personal, non-transferable, and cannot be converted into cash.
• The credit may be used exclusively for the renewal of the Referrer’s membership.
• The credit cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts, unless otherwise communicated by Ydun.
• If the membership is not renewed, the credit will automatically expire.
• The referral is valid only if sent through the Invite Friends section of the Ydun Members App before the New User registers independently.

5. Limitations

• Each New User may be referred only once.
• Each Referrer may refer multiple New Users, with no numerical limits, unless otherwise communicated by Ydun.
• Fraudulent behavior (e.g., use of false emails, multiple accounts, or improper use of the program) is strictly prohibited.

6. Program Duration

The Referral Program is of indefinite duration, subject to modification, suspension, or termination by Ydun, as communicated on the official website or through the Ydun Members App.

7. Personal Data Processing

Personal data collected under this program will be processed by Ydun in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). For more information, please refer to the Privacy Policy.

8. Modifications and Liability

• Ydun reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time, while ensuring the validity of credits already earned.
• Ydun shall not be held responsible for any technical issues related to the App that may prevent participation in the program.

Regolamento ufficiale Referral Program Ydun

1. Oggetto del Programma

‍Ydun S.r.l. promuove un programma di referral (“Referral Program”) volto a premiare i propri membri che segnalano nuovi utenti interessati alla membership Ydun.

2. Soggetti ammessi

• Possono partecipare al Referral Program esclusivamente i membri attivi di Ydun (“Membri”).
• Possono essere segnalate solo persone fisiche che non siano già membri Ydun né abbiano mai sottoscritto una membership in passato (“Nuovo Utente”).

3. Meccanismo di funzionamento

• Il Referrer può effettuare la segnalazione esclusivamente tramite gli strumenti messi a disposizione da Ydun: App Ydun Members, sezione Invita Amici.
• Il Nuovo Utente che riceve l’invito e sottoscrive una membership Ydun riceverà uno sconto di €350 sul costo della prima membership annuale.
• Una volta che il Nuovo Utente ha completato l’iscrizione e il pagamento, il Referrer maturerà un credito di €350, da utilizzare sul rinnovo della propria prossima membership annuale.

4. Condizioni di validità

• Il credito maturato è personale, non cedibile e non convertibile in denaro.
• Il credito può essere utilizzato esclusivamente per il rinnovo della membership da parte del Referrer
• Il credito non è cumulabile con altre promozioni o sconti, salvo diversa comunicazione da Ydun.
• In caso di mancato rinnovo, il credito decade automaticamente.
• Il referral è valido solo se inviato tramite la sezione Invita Amici dell’App Ydun Members prima che il Nuovo Utente si iscriva autonomamente.

5. Limitazioni

• Ogni Nuovo Utente può essere segnalato una sola volta.
• Ogni Referrer può segnalare più Nuovi Utenti, senza limiti numerici, salvo modifiche comunicate da Ydun.
• Sono vietati comportamenti fraudolenti (es. email false, account multipli, uso improprio del programma).

6. Durata del Programma

‍Il Referral Program ha durata indeterminata, salvo modifiche, sospensioni o interruzioni comunicate da Ydun sul sito ufficiale o sull’App Ydun Members.

7. Trattamento dei dati personali

I dati personali raccolti saranno trattati da Ydun in conformità al Regolamento UE 2016/679 (GDPR). Maggiori dettagli nell’Informativa Privacy.

8. Modifiche e responsabilità

• Ydun si riserva il diritto di modificare, sospendere o interrompere il Referral Program in qualsiasi momento, garantendo la validità dei crediti già maturati.
• Ydun non è responsabile di eventuali disservizi tecnici dell’App che possano impedire la partecipazione al programma.
